We are a group of real estate professionals (volunteers) who are using our talents, experience, and knowledge to help out people with disabilities, struggling seniors, and distressed persons. We don’t only express love in words but through our givings (talent). As experts in renovations, we upgrade the bathrooms of the disabled and elderly persons and make these spaces more convenient to meet their needs. We change old school bathrooms to modern day walk-in glass showers. We introduce more lighting in the bathrooms and add more grab bars around the toilet seats and shower sections. We replace the old school shower chairs with rolling shower commode chairs to make showering more convenient for the elderly and disabled persons.

Besides bathroom and shower upgrades, we declutter the homes of disabled persons and seniors and equally clean their surrounding areas to make them inviting and more comfortable for them. We provide more convenient beds, blankets, and bedsheets to those who are in need of these. We make sure to do some landscaping, clean the backyards, and front yards, and haul trash around the houses of those who need these services but cannot afford to pay for them. Some of our beneficiaries ask for minor upgrades in their kitchens and we help in upgrading their dated kitchen appliances with modern day stainless steel energy saving appliances. Others ask us to help with their A/C problems and our experienced air conditioning volunteers help clean up their air ducts/vents and sometimes do some air conditioning repairs when needed. Oftentimes, these beneficiaries ask for just general cleaning around the house so that they can have some freshness or fresh surroundings. We don’t only clean and haul off the trash, we effectively power wash the concretes around the house including the walkways. These and many other goodwill gestures are the mediums ( ways) we use to express our love, compassion, and kindness to them on a daily and weekly basis. This is how we show how much we care and love them wholeheartedly.
